Ben Wood is a pastor, leader, entrepreneur, husband, and father passionate about helping people navigate life with faith and wisdom. Alongside his wife Rose, he leads with a heart for building healthy families, strong local churches, and courageous leaders rooted in Jesus.
With experience across church leadership, ministry development, and business, Ben brings practical insight, vision, and authenticity to conversations around leadership, marriage, parenting, and purpose. Married to Rose for over 16 years and raising five children together, his passion is to help people live faithfully, lead wisely, and stay grounded in God through every season of life.
Rose Wood
Rose Wood is a wife, mother of five, leader, and communicator with a passion for helping people encounter God’s freedom, wisdom and grace in everyday life. Alongside her husband Ben, she brings warmth, honesty, and encouragement to conversations around marriage, family, faith, and leadership.
With a heart for strengthening families and supporting people through the realities of modern life, Rose combines practical wisdom with deep faith and authenticity. Through With The Woods, her passion is to encourage people to stay rooted in Jesus while navigating the beauty and chaos of real life.
